Battal International B.V. is part of the Battal Group, founded in 1978 in Istanbul, Turkey. Starting originally as a shipsagent, the Battal Group is nowadays active in many fields of the maritime, transportation and logistics industry and has an excellent service level offering ship agency, chartering, ship management, ship repair and maintenance, barging, forwarding, warehousing, value-added logistics, bunkering and trading services.

Battal Group provides integrated solutions under one roof to its global customer base by investing frequently in assets, its worldwide network and own offices Battal Group became a well known player in the supply chain and integrated logistics.

Battal International BV established in the Netherlands aims to increase trade volume of Battal Group and its clients by providing service excellence around the world. In addition, Battal International is Battal Group’ s global coordinating hub allows a total and centralized control of all marketing activities. It intervenes in the commercial and financial fields and in the risk environments provides urgent response plans at the international levels.
